Returns/ Shipping/ FAQs


Any ORIGINAL PAINTINGS (that were not commissioned for you) may be returned, for trade or refund, if you contact me here within 12 days of receipt of the original painting, you can request a return acceptance email. Please understand, that unless the painting was damaged during shipment, you will need to pay for return shipping, in the same or similar packaging and a with track able shipping system/ company. Thank you.

Any Print-On-Demand (POD) product(s), that arrive to you in good order, are not returnable. However, if there is a problem with the order, if it is damaged during shipment or if it does not arrive within the described time zone, please contact me directly for instructions on receiving a replacement or refund as is appropriate. Thanks.


Please allow 2-3 Business days for me to wrap any ORIGINAL PAINTINGS and to prepare to ship your order. Then allow 5-7 business days for the carrier to get it to your door, depending on your location.

All larger ORIGINAL PAINTINGS (over 20" in any dimension) will need to be professionally wrapped and shipped through an insured carrier, I will need to give you a shipping quote. Please let me know if there is a pressing time frame. 

When geographically possible, and as schedules permit, a pick-up or delivery of original paintings may be arranged. Please contact me to make any such arrangements.


Dependent upon my schedule, and your time frame, I would love to create a painting for you. Keep in mind that I only do commissions in my current painting style and in my current subject matters. My goal would be to provide you with something that can be a special gift, or a unique piece of art, that you can showcase in your home or office. Please contact me, and we can start the fun of collaborating together! I will send you my commission price list, and answer questions about the process.

Please note that all of my commissions must be prepaid and that there is a service charge above my standard price. I will do my best to send you an accurate photo before shipping. However, I cannot be sure that your digital device shows the colors exactly. Be aware of this issue before the process begins. Also, understand that you will approve the painting before shipment, so  commissions are non-refundable.
